COST TO ENTER YOUR CAR: $5/car – Cash ONLY day of event at registration table

EVENT IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Bring your Classic Car out for everyone to enjoy! Don’t have a classic car? Come out and enjoy all the classic cars and Camp Sherwin’s many amenities.

The first 75 registered cars will receive a dash plaque. Events are open to the public (donations welcome).

There will also be Door Prizes, Gift Basket Auction, Craft Vendors, 50/50, DJ, Food Concessions, and more.

Proceeds to benefit the YMCA Annual Campaign.

If you’re interested in staying the whole weekend with us…we have tent sites, RV sites and cabins for rent.

Exciting Senior Speed Dating Event!

It’s time again to brush up on the lyrics to “Take Me Out To The Ballgame”!

Seniors, catch the bus from Eastside or Glenwood YMCA on Wednesday, June 18, for a Seawolves game at UPMC Park! The game starts at 1:05 pm. For $20, you receive a bus ride, upper deck ticket for the game, a hot dog, chips, and a drink.th

Bus leaves the Y at 12pm. Board the bus to return to the Y after conclusion of the game, or at 3pm, whichever occurs first (to accommodate bus driver schedules).

Already have your ticket? Members can hitch a ride on the Y bus for $5, non-members $7.

Why should kids have all the fun of Summer Camp? Join us for Senior Fun Day at Camp Sherwin!

Enjoy a day of activities, hang around in the pool, or take a nature walk – the day is yours! Board the bus at Glenwood Y, Eastside Y, or County Y, or meet us at Camp Sherwin for classes, lunch, and more. There will be crafts, fishing, and nature walks, or you can choose to take a class or two (or all of them!).

WHEN: Thursday, August 22nd from 10am to 2pm.

This is a FREE Members Only event.

Registration is required, whether you ride the bus or use your own transportation. Please register for the location at which you’ll be catching the bus.

NOTE: If you’re interested in purchasing a Senior Day t-shirt…There is a separate registration for that under SPECIAL EVENTS – SENIOR FUN DAY T-SHIRT REGISTRATION.

What’s better than enjoying the sights of Presque Isle and dining on fine cuisine? Doing so with your friends at the Y!

Take in the beautiful scenery of Presque Isle Bay as you enjoy delicious food provided by Oakwood Catering or Sabellas. Cruise is approximately 1 1/2 hours. NOTE: Transportation to Dobbins Landing is NOT included.

April is here, and it’s time to start thinking about getting steps in again. Here’s an opportunity to start the season off right AND support the Y’s mission of Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.

Join Eastside Y fitness staff for Y U Steppin’, a fun night of music, moving, munchies, and mingling! We’ve created a low-impact 10,000+-step workout just for YOU, that is designed to energize and keep you moving to fun tunes. We’ll provide drinks, and light snacks, but you’re welcome to bring your own. We’ll have a couple scheduled breaks during the event.

There will be a Y prize bag for the person with the most steps in at the end of the event! So be sure to wear your FitBit, smart watch, or any tracking device to be eligible.

Proceeds will benefit the YMCA of Greater Erie’s annual campaign, which funds programs such as: Chronic Disease Prevention, Swim Lessons and After School programs for under-served communities, Childcare Scholarships for low-income families, and much more.
