Soccer
Clinics – We offer various clinics throughout the year, both indoor and outdoor. Whether your kiddo is brand new and wants to try something new or wants to take their skills to the next level, you’ll get a kick out of our soccer clinics!
Youth Leagues – We have indoor and outdoor leagues played through the year at County, Eastside & Glenwood Park YMCAs. The league plays on Saturdays only and is played following a practice and game format that allows for two weeks of just practices, two weeks of mini practices followed by a game and then four weeks of games only. The goal of the program is for players to learn the basic skills and strategies of soccer; such as: dribbling, passing, shooting, formations, offense/defense, etc.
Adult Leagues – We have indoor and outdoor leagues played throughout the year (indoors at Eastside YMCA and outdoors at McConnell Family Stadium on the campus of Gannon University). Futsal is a variation of soccer adapted specifically for indoor play in a gymnasium. With a smaller, weighted ball, and out-of-bounds areas it allows for coed play of 6v6 while eliminating the safety issues of the walls. Our Outdoor Leagues are also coed and play 7v7 on turf during the Summer. While most register an entire team, you may register individually and we will do our best to get you on a team.
Love Sports? Become a Youth Sports Volunteer Coach! We are always in need of great coaches willing to make a difference in the lives of today’s youth. Your time is our most valuable asset. Volunteer coaches lead players through drills and games that build skills, develop coordination and enhance a love of the game. Adult Indoor Futsal
Our Adult CoEd Futsal Soccer League is run on Sunday afternoons/evenings at our Eastside Family YMCA in Harbor Creek. You can either sign up individually and be placed on a House team or form your own team and register them together.
Team fees are $270. If you register individually, you will be asked to pay your equal share with the rest of your team members. Payment is due by the second week of games.
