Intro to Sports
In a fun learning environment, qualified staff introduce children to sports, swimming basics, pool activities, movement/exercises and other fun activities! Some programs are just for the children and some require parent participation. Whether you want to work out while your child safely learns and plays or you want to learn and play with them – we have something for you!
Parent/Child Gym & Swim: Ages 18mo to 3yo
Thursday Mornings – 4 week session
Gym Class: 9:30am – 10:00am
Swim Class: 10:15am – 10:45am
**Parent must enter the water with their toddler & participate in the gym time**
Members Registration: $30 Gym & Swim; $5 Gym Only
Non-member Registration: $75 Gym & Swim; $30 Gym Only

Preschool Gym & Swim: Ages 4-5
The gym portion will teach sport skills, such as soccer, basketball, floor hockey, and T-ball. The swim lesson will teach stage appropriate swim and safety skills, such as floating, kicking, gliding, and more. 35-minute Swim/30-minute Gym; Ages 4-5

Preschool Gym: Ages 3-5
The Preschool Gym program introduces the basic skills of a variety of sport to children ages 3 to 5. Sports intruduced may include soccer, basketball, kickball, baseball, and hockey.
Preschool Gym may be hosted inside or outside based on the weather forecast through the duration of the class.
