Kid Zone
We believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. That’s why, through the Y, millions of youth today are cultivating the values, skills, and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health, and educational achievement.
Kid Zone exists for the purpose of providing a safe, nurturing environment for children while their parents utilize the YMCA facility.
Our collective spirit is characterized by Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Caring. We are respectful of the beliefs, values, and cultural diversity of the children and their families. We strive toward developing a strong partnership with families.
We will guide children toward open communication when conflict arises, identifying together respectful, peaceful solutions. As adults, we will model this same behavior among ourselves.

Free babysitting for kids 6 weeks-7 years. Children using the Kid Zone service must either be a member of the Y or must have purchased a $10/month child pass for an unlimited Kid Zone monthly use of all morning, evening, and weekend sessions or pay $5/child for a drop-in rate. This fee can automatically be added to your membership, or you can pay as you go.

Craft and Story Time
Join our Kid Zone staff on the first Wednesday of the month for story time at 9:30am and a craft after. Parents may stay or go work out, but must remain in the building. Ages to 7 years.
Drop-in, no registration required, space may be limited, first come, first served. No sessions in Summer months.

Fun-n-Fit
A supervised recreational space for children 8-14 years of age. Youth using the Child Watch service must either be a member of the Y or must have purchased a $10/month child pass for an unlimited Child Watch monthly use of both morning and weekend sessions or pay $5/child for a drop-in rate. This fee can automatically be added to your membership, or you can pay as you go.
