Camping

YMCA Camp Sherwin officially opens Memorial Day Weekend and is accepting reservations for the 2024 camping season.

Relax at your campsite or by the heated pool. Enjoy the great outdoors while fishing in our pond, walking along the beach or hiking in the woods. You’ll discover a friendly recreational community regardless of the camping style that you choose. We offer tent, RV (water/electric and full hook-up) as well as modern or rustic cabins. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring.

Reservations must be made for 5 night minimum of Friday-Wednesday from Memorial Day-Labor Day 2024.  Reservations of less than 5 days will open April 2024.

Cancellation Policy

NOTE:  There will be no refunds outside of this cancellation policy including weather related cancellations.

Cabins 

  • If more than 30 days notice is given, 75% of your payment will be refunded.  
  • If a 10 – 30-day notice is given, a 50% refund will be granted.  
  • There is no refund if less than ten (10) days notice is given.  

Tents/RV Site

  • If more than a 30 days notice is given, 90% of your payment will be refunded.  
  • If a 10-30 day notice is given, a 75% refund will be granted.  
  • There is no refund if less than ten (10) days notice is given.  

Halls/Pavilion

  • If cancellation is made prior to 90 days of the event, you may be eligible for a refund up to 50% of the hall rental.  
(NOTE: There will be no refunds outside of this cancellation policy which includes weather-related cancellations).
 
Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued toward a future stay.  All refunds processes via credit/debit card will be processes back to the original credit/debit card used.  NO exceptions.
 

Amenities

Our amenities include a lifeguarded pool, air jump pillow, playground, catch-and-release fishing, and more.

Cabins

Modern or rustic cabins sleep groups of 4-14. Each cabin is unique and seven include toilets, showers and mini-kitchen.

Halls/Pavilions

Halls/pavilions available for wedding receptions, family reunions, graduation parties, church picnics, company picnics, Christmas parties and events.

RV/Tent Sites

Water & electric and full hook-up sites available. All include picnic table and fire ring.
